Fine R Simpson Carnoustie late long nose golden beech wood driver c1885 - fitted with full length original hide grip with underlisting - overall 42" and inscribed in ink to the sole "John L Luke 24/2/90" - John Luke became a member of the R&A in 1883 - note possible hair grain crack to the side of the neck.
