The second is an atlas with 25 folding maps providing considerable detail of the geography of Moscow with strategic targets illustrated. Both these volumes are rare and provide considerable insight into Hitler’s advanced planning for his most infamous and costly invasion - and the campaign which finally provided a turning point in the war, and the ultimate destruction of his regime.
