A history of the Transvaal with chapters on early history of the Boers, Causes That Led Up to the Present War, Kimberley and Cape Town, Pretoria, Johannesburg, Johannesburg's Gold Mines, Mining Life, Durban and Natal, Natal the Eastern Frontier, Resources of the Transvaal and Notes on the war.
