Scrap Album 1870s a fine scrap album compiled by a woman who from references in the book lived in the Worcestershire area, with considerable manuscript and other insertions, including examples of Christmas and other greetings cards, original photographs - two of Malvern in the 1870s, transcripts of poetry and prose, anecdotes and jokes etc etc. Of particular interest is a number of questionnaires that have been completed by her friends on various subjects which provide a considerable amount of social commentary on beliefs and interests at the time. It would appear that the compiler was from a middle-class social background. This is a particularly interesting example of a Victorian scrap album 8vo
