Very Rare 1908 Wallabies Rugby Dinner Ticket etc (4): From the first Wallabies tour to the U.K, a player dinner ticket for the Castle Hotel issued by the Somerset County RFU, Nov 28th. A personal item belonging to legendary tourist & Olympian Dan Carroll of Australia and the USA. Comes with what appears to possibly be a 'birth' card announcing his son and visiting style card with a 1930 date, in an envelope addressed from the US to a sports newspaper in Sydney (two stamps, 1930, one charging for insufficient postage!) There won't be many others like this! G/VG
