Diurnals are used in the performance of the Divine Office but only include the daytime canonical hours; lauds, prime, terce, sext, none, and vespers. There are two columns of twenty-nine lines of text, each written in batarde script, capitals in red & blue inks. The verso similar. Large format folds out to two page size of 9" x 13¼"
