Michael Brown (1853-1947) after – 1903 Life Association of Scotland golfing lithograph print c/w original key - entitled “First International Golf Match – England v Scotland – Hoylake 1902” showing Robert Maxwell about to drive off from the 1st tee together with other notable players and gallery to incl Hilton, Ball, Hutchinson, Darwin, et al – decorative hand painted floral mount c/w the original key and gilt slips – overall 24 x 23” – some tiny speckle foxing to the sky. Note this and the following 2 prints were acquired by the vendor’s company when they bought the Penfold Company all of which adorned the Directors Boardroom.
