Privately published by Bishop, a local author (A Peep into the Past- Brighton in the Olden Time etc) at the request of friends as a memorial of the Chain Pier destroyed in a storm on 4th December 1896. In cloth board covers with gold tooled illustration of what was left of the Pier after the Storm; Size 9” × 11¼”.
