Leather carrying handle and brass lock – opens to reveal a rare makers brass and black oval plaque 2.5”x 3.5” inscribed Hardy Bros Alnwick - Fishing Rod, Reel and Tackle Manufacturers – green baized lining divided into 5x various reel/accessories compartments measuring 7”x 5.25”, 6.5”x 5.25”, 5.75” x 5.25”, 4.5” x 5.25” and 3.25” x 5.25” – either side of centre compartment 34” x 5.25” – plus rod section along the whole length - overall 66.5”x 9.5”x 4.25” – note lid has had the owners name removed and replaced matching leather insert.
