In Delhi, Agra, Jaipur, Peshawar, Amritsar, Benares, Ajmer, Lahore. 4 of the plates relate to Amritsar. Mortimer Menpes [1855-1938] was an Australian-born artist who visited India in 1903 to attend the Durbar organized by Lord Curzon in commemoration of the coronation of King Edward VII in 1901.
