India Photograph Album Containing Some 230 Photographs. Between 1913 and 1922 - Mostly each describing place where taken, what the subject is and date. Of particular interest are in 1922 photographs of a Royal State Wedding in Nepal, procession on Elephants, a Royal infant in military dress uniform etc. The photographs were also taken in Aymer, Belgaum Mussouri Hill station, Udaipur, as well as a few of leave back in Taunton. They feature Camels, Dancing Bear, Working Elephants, hunting, their various homes in India, his wife, their children and friends. Etc etc. The photographer was probably a British Resident (Representative) in some of the Princely States in India, later with the British Legation in Kathmandu in Nepal. Size 9” × 7¼.
