United States - Plane and Train Coast To Coast By Pennsylvania Railroad & T.A.T. Airlines 1929 Publication - A three fold time table with fares and details. Also 2 photographs of the three engined Aircraft plus illustration on front cover, folds out to size 9¾” × 6”. This was the very first attempt to establish a transcontinental passenger air service across the United States. A combination of Luxury Sleeper Trains at night and day time Air Services reduced the time from 72 hours to 48 hours to cross the country. This service only lasted just over a year, but T.A.T later merged to form T.W.A. Thus this is a very scarce publication.
