Signed to the reverse above ‘SS-Standartenführer’, stamped with official German Markings, with details indicating Berlin, 21 December 1944, also inscribed by the same hand ‘Loyalty is my Honour’, this painting discovered by the USA Army in the room of a young officer, measures 49x80cm approx. the painting is signed and dated 1938
