Fine and early J Allan maker Prestwick & Westward Ho! long nose light stained fruitwood curved face baffing spoon c. 1865 – the head measures 5.5” x 1.75” x 1 1/8, showing traditionally from the era a long slim lead back weight and narrow for sole insert retained by oversized wooden oval plugs, and the head is stamped with the owners initials WMP and also to the shaft just below the full length leather grip with thick under listing overall 38” – quite stunning!!!
