Scarce Selection of Confidential Economic Reports relating to Germany and Austria-Hungary…

Scarce Selection of Confidential Economic Reports relating to Germany and Austria-Hungary dated 1917-1918 a group of five British Treasury Reports entitled ‘The Economic Situation in Germany during January 1917, Being The Thirtieth Month of the War’, typed and printed each marked ‘CONFIDENTIAL’. Almost certainly compiled from natural sources they provide a superbly detailed account of the internal central powers economy during the Allied blockade and the social unrest which sparked the ‘stab in the back’ from Adolf Hitler, a unique selection and certainly produced for the British Government, worthy of detailed research and publication, compiled within 5x booklets, with some staple rust but text is still clear, dog ears to corners, usual wear marks but overall in generally clean condition (5)
