India The Golden Temple Photograph of the Lachiber Tree Golden Temple 1920-30s a large and fine photograph of the Golden Temple complex (Parikarma) showing the Lachiber tree. The Gurudwara Lachiber Sahib is in Amritsar City. This photo shows Sikh worshippers, and Sikh tying his turban. The photo was probably taken by a British traveller in the 1920-30s, size approx 25x17cm. Note: It's situated in the Parikarma campus of Harimandir Sahib. This particular tree bears small fruits and is known as Lachiber, it stands next to the Darshani Deori.
