Interesting 1857 Royal Artillery Commission signed by ‘Queen Victoria” made out to Henry Rogers Ievers (1834-1864) born Rasbarkin, Antrim, Ireland, School Christ’s Hospital was at Magdalene College Cambridge in 1853, Lieut., Royal Artillery. Died 1864 at sea coming home from Ceylon. A large part of the Royal Artillery was in the Crimea in the War there at this time, in black print with red ink, some heavy folds and wear otherwise in clean condition, 36 x 25cm
