1845 Impressive Railway Chronicle Travelling Chart of places to see each side of the Railway line from London to Brighton with an illustration of London Bridge Station across the top, with detailed account of the construction and engineering characteristic of the railway. Then starting in London there are with 96 illustrations and accompanying text giving extensive information regarding things to see along the each side of the railway during the journey to Brighton. Lastly across the bottom there is a fine illustrated view of Brighton Also the Mileage and the stations are given. Published by the Railway Chronicle it is 21cm across and folds out and out vertically to 206cm, some tears to cover pages, otherwise A/G condition. Note: Travelling charts such as this were printed by the Railway Chronicle for just six different railways in the mid-1840s.
