India – Important Signed Document from Maharajah of Patiala regarding the Princes Delhi Pact of 1932. A four page typed confidential document dated Rajgarh Villa Palace, Chail (Patiala State) 19th July 1932 signed in ink ‘Bhupinder Singh’. The documents concern the Delhi Pact’ supporting All-Parties Ministers Committee Report as endorsed by the Prince’s informal meeting. The documents listed the various issued discussed and resolved, including issues with the Maharajah of Bikaner who seemed to have reservations regarding some aspects of the Pact. Maharajah Bhupinder Singh, ruler of the largest Sikh state in the Punjab was the chancellor of the Chamber of Princes, which was set up to protect the Princes and voice their concerns to the British Empire.
