Lottery Ticket 1788 original lottery ticket for the State Lottery for 1788 being a fourth part ticket signed by John Bruckshaw of the Royal Exchange, with the number added in ms, together with an attractive handbill advertising the Grand State Lottery for 1810 (a little weakness in original folds but in acceptable condition), and bearing the legend ‘to the Inhabitant of this house’ to verso (clearly a mail drop leaflet of the time – junk mail is not a new invention !).
